How Long Does Shipping Take?
Estimated delivery times:
- Australia & United States: 5–10 business days
- International: up to 15–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as holidays, weather, or carrier delays.
While we always do our best to support you, shipping timelines are ultimately managed by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
Will I Receive a Tracking Number?
Yes—tracking is provided for every order.
You’ll receive your tracking details once your order has been shipped. If you need help tracking your order, feel free to reach out or use our tracking page.
Can I Cancel My Order?
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it at no cost.
After this time, your order may already be processed or shipped. In that case, cancellation may not be possible, but you can still request a return once your order has been delivered, in line with our returns policy.
