Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received—unworn and unused, with all tags attached, the hygienic sticker in place (for swimsuits), and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns cannot be accepted.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you full instructions on how and where to return your items.
Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges
If the return is due to our error
(missing item, incorrect item received, defective or damaged item)
We will cover all shipping costs, including both the return postage and the replacement shipment.
For size exchanges

The customer is responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us.

Once received, we will cover the shipping cost to send the first replacement size back to you
For second or subsequent size exchanges

All shipping costs (both ways) are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review the issue promptly and arrange a solution.

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive your new items is to place a new order. Please contact us by email before placing the order so we can confirm eligibility. Once your returned items arrive at our warehouse, they will be inspected, and if approved, we will process your refund.
Alternatively, you can send the swimsuit back to our warehouse and wait for it to be inspected. Once the return is approved, we will send out your new sizes
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).
